Surface preparation
Painted surfaces – These surfaces must be completely clean and free of any grease and other contaminants. Before painting the surface must be perfect
Dry and if a long time has passed since the application of the undercoat, a suitable roughness should be created by soft sanding on the surface. Steel surfaces – Wash the steel surface thoroughly to remove grease, salt and any other contaminants. De-ring and create Profiles on surfaces by various methods such as ballast document up to 2.5 degrees Swedish SA or by mechanical tools up to ST3-ISO degree
(SP10-SSPC). In metal structures and welded points and corners should be smooth and polished and free of any appendages and sharpness. After de-rusting and creating the profile of the particles obtained from the preparation and other contaminants, remove the surface with moisture and grease free from moisture and grease by vacuum method. Note that the application of the first layer (primer) should be done no later than two hours after preparation.
Staining instructions
After preparing the surface and choosing the method of painting, first mix the fabric of the relevant solution with the recommended ratio and mix the mixture thoroughly to make it uniform. Add a special amount of ethyl silicate thinner if needed (usually not needed) (add to the mixture and stir until a primer is applied, then apply the paint with a suitable tool.

Description Alkyd-resistant silicone primer up to 250 ° C zinc chromate
This cover includes:
- Good weather resistance
- Heat shock resistance
- Applicable on zinc ethyl silicate primer
- Excellent resistance to continuous heat up to 250 ° C
- Excellent resistance to discontinuous heat up to 270 ° C
Uses
This primer is used alone or as a first layer in heat resistance systems up to 250 degrees. Due to its good anti-corrosion properties, this primer is used in parts that are constantly hot and corroded. Its uses include:
- Metal installations and structures exposed to temperatures up to 250 ° C
- Industrial furnaces and high temperature spaces
- Exposed surfaces in thermal power plants and refineries
